The guys at Riverside are great chiropractors. I first visited the clinic about 8 years ago, when pain in my knees was affecting my running. As an experienced marathon runner James knew exactly what the issue was and helped me to remedy it quickly. Since then he and Yvonne have been great - they've helped me both with a herniated disk and to sort out issues arising from spending far too long in front of a computer!

A year ago, when my daughter was 9 months old, I woke up one day with a fierce pain in my shoulder and upper arm. As the week went on the pain got worse. Eventually I couldn't lift my daughter any more, which made her very upset. It really was agony.

Although I had never gone to a chiropractor before a friend recommended I come to Riverside Clinic. I was seen by James, who was very professional and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. James made an appointment for me to get an x-ray, and then began to treat my shoulder. The results were very fast. After the first treatment I felt a bit better and after a week the pain had gone. I got lots of practical advice on how to manage my shoulder, and every 6 weeks I come back for a regular treatment. My shoulder is fine now and the pain hasn't come back.
