I have been going to Jim Cosgrave for almost three years now. His knowledge of lower back pain issues and of the common complaints that runners get (Jim runs a few marathons a year so he knows first-hand the likely issues) in simply superb.

After many years of chronic back pain James Cosgrave was the first medical professional to actually get to the root of my problem. Though my GP's are excellent in many ways- prescriptions for anti inflammatories proved a short term and unsatisfactory solution. I can honestly say that I would not be living a pain free and full life were it not for the excellent and conscientious care I receive at Riverside Chiropractic Clinic.

I arrived in Ireland on holiday from Scotland with excruciating back and leg pain. Jim made such a difference to my condition. His knowledge and expertise were evident in the fact that he gave me great relief from the pain I was suffering. I was so pleased I found someone who was able to diagnose my problem and suggest an effective treatment. The whole team were amazing, friendly and overall a very professional practice. Very professional and thorough. I am visiting Jim Cosgrove due to Chronic fatigue / pain which has along with declined spinal mobility. Am about 6 visits in and my mobility is certainly improving with only slight back pain retaining
