I arrived in Ireland on holiday from Scotland with excruciating back and leg pain. Jim made such a difference to my condition. His knowledge and expertise were evident in the fact that he gave me great relief from the pain I was suffering. After many years of chronic back pain James Cosgrave was the first medical professional to actually get to the root of my problem. Though my GP's are excellent in many ways- prescriptions for anti inflammatories proved a short term and unsatisfactory solution. I can honestly say that I would not be living a pain free and full life were it not for the excellent and conscientious care I receive at Riverside Chiropractic Clinic.
