After many years of chronic back pain James Cosgrave was the first medical professional to actually get to the root of my problem. Though my GP's are excellent in many ways- prescriptions for anti inflammatories proved a short term and unsatisfactory solution. I can honestly say that I would not be living a pain free and full life were it not for the excellent and conscientious care I receive at Riverside Chiropractic Clinic.
I've been going to James for about 2 years. He's amazing I've seen a few chiropractors and in Cork he's the best. All staff are very professional and super nice. Beautiful relaxing clinic. Feel great when I leave. Would 100% recommend.

I have been going to Jim Cosgrave for almost three years now. His knowledge of lower back pain issues and of the common complaints that runners get (Jim runs a few marathons a year so he knows first-hand the likely issues) in simply superb.
